Now in its 16th year as a family-owned-and-operated restaurant, Rosina’s has become a Somerset County institution. There’s something for everyone at this three-tier restaurant serving regional Italian cuisine. Patrons can enjoy a casual meal at the café/bar with six TVs, an elegant dinner in the fine dining room or a lavish banquet in a recently remodeled private room that can accommodate 20 to 140 people. In the warmer months, Rosina’s offers al fresco dining on its popular patio. While the menu includes a variety of selections from the various regions of Italy, many dishes are original Todaro family recipes from Calabria.
